According to the web, I am the only Brian Cuban in the world so if you are here, you found me!  I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  I have lived in Dallas, Texas  since 1986.  I am a die-hard Pirates, Steelers and Penguins Fan. Obviously an MFFL!

I am a  1983 graduate of Penn State University.  I received my J.D in 1986 from the University of Pittsburgh School Of Law.  I have   passed the respective state bar exams of Pennsylvania(inactive) and Texas.

I am currently the segment host for “Brian Cuban’s Legal Briefs” on EyeOpenerTV. EyeOpener is a different kind of morning show chocked  full of entertainment, humor, and what you need to know to get your day started.  Legal Briefs airs every Friday and Monday Morning and is currently syndicated in the following locations:

I used to be an avid long distance runner having run 8 marathons. Now I kind of just propel myself forward in a running motion between injuries
