Brian is a Dallas attorney and speaker in the areas of the 1st Amendment, hate speech on the internet and medical marijuana  He writes extensively on these subjects and others on his widely read blog, The Cuban Revolution.  He has been invited to speak at colleges and universities on these subjects.  He is a 1983 graduate of Penn State University.  He received his J.D in 1986 from the University of Pittsburgh School Of Law.  Brian has passed the respective state bar exams of Pennsylvania(inactive) and Texas.

Brian made international headlines when he took on social media giant Facebook with regards to hate speech on their site.

He has appeared on Fox News, NBC,  and has been invited to speak at prestigious locations such as, The
Commonwealth Club, South By Southwest,  BlogWorld 2009 and 2011, The FPA(Financial Planning Association) Experience 2011, The Simon Wiesenthal Center, The Anti-Defamation League and Facebook Corporate to name a few.
