I love playing around with my girlfriends & family on myspace, facebook & twitter, but can't for the life in me understand why some men think the way to my heart is through pervy comments. That tactic didn't work on me in high school before the internet...still doesn't work a couple of decades later. My parents were married in 1960...I didn't show up till '72, but I guess they are the reason I'm "old fashioned" and believe the man has to be the man and pick up an actual phone! I wasn't made to be single in this wacky 2.0 world. I was recently live tweeting an event, and an attendee accidentally tweeted a pickup line and forgot to take off the auto hashtag. He's a lobbyist, so it was very amusing :) I can see Twitter as a pickup place, but the amazing thing about twitter is that I don't have to see what all those pickup artists are tweeting about.
